years ago, some friends took me to up los banos and we went out on a 4-kilometer trek/climb up the slippery rocky bushy side of a mountain plus waterfall. that was an exhaustive but rewarding experience. after that, i havent done anything as tiresome and dangerous and fulfilling... until yesterday.
